Return & Refund Policy

At Naskh, we take great pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.
  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics and jewelry items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at support@naskhofficial.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Our team will review and guide you on the next steps.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Items that are custom-designed, AI-personalized, or hand-embroidered on request cannot be returned or refunded unless they are damaged or incorrect.
